Pet Tone Official uses SF Express to ship our products in Hong Kong and Macau.

Free Shipping Conditions

Hong Kong shipping fee: Start from HK$30 for a single order, free shipping for purchases over HK$600.

Macau shipping fee: Start from HK$40 for a single order, free shipping for purchases over HK$600.

Order Processing Time

Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. We do not arrange delivery on weekends and public holidays.

In stock: 1-3 working days to ship

Pre-order products: 14-21 working days (logistics may be delayed due to the epidemic)
